To our valued business partners, first of all we would like to inform you, that we remain available as usual.

The actual COVID-19-Infection continues to grow worldwide and has impact on our customers and markets.

With this information we would like to give you an overview of the measures put in place throughout the whole company group in order to minimize the impact on our operations. We always act in a responsible way and according to the rules of the governmental authorities.

Production and supply

We have implemented extensive security precautions in our production and sales locations to ensure our production process and the distribution of our goods.

Our staff has been instructed to strictly apply hygiene rules – in all our entrance areas we have installed disinfectant dispensers and several times a day we sanitize door handles, handrails and sanitary facilities.

For all production lines we have installed additional disinfectant dispensers with clear rules to sanitize machinery, keyboards and terminals with every shift change.

In our production locations we have a ban for visitors.

For deliveries and pick-ups we have marked separate areas in which drivers and collectors are allowed to move and to keep a security distance of 2 m to persons.

We are avoiding contacts between the different departments and are holding our meetings via phone or internet-conference calls.

Our provisions taken are being continuously updated according to the actual official regulations.

Sales

Our sales teams are still available as usual for all markets via phone, email or other digital ways.

Transport

Our logistic team strives to adhere to the confirmed delivery dates by an early planning of the transportation. There might occur a delay in individual cases due to the traffic conditions (delays at the EU-border). If there is a delay we will certainly inform you.
